3.3 Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of kkkk h Casino is lawful in their jurisdiction. kkkk h Casino does not warrant that Platform Services are available, legal, or appropriate for use in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

4.1 Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) active kkkk h Casino account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited.

4.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.4 Accounts registered using false, fictitious, or misleading information will be voided. Any balance held in such an account at the time of discovery will be forfeited.

4.5 You may not transfer, sell, or assign your kkkk h Casino account to any third party. Any purported transfer is null and void and may result in permanent account closure.

4.6 You acknowledge that kkkk h Casino may, in order to comply with PAGCOR regulatory requirements or applicable Philippine law, share your account information with relevant regulatory authorities.

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kkkk h Casino login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party.

5.2 All activity conducted through your kkkk h Casino account while your credentials are authenticated — including all wagers placed and all withdrawals made — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you.

5.3 You agree to notify kkkk h Casino support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, disclosure of your credentials, or any other security breach related to your account.

6.2 KYC verification requires submission of: (a) a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Philippine passport, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, PhilSys ID, Driver's License, PRC ID, or Voter's ID); and (b) a clear selfie photograph of the account holder holding the submitted ID document.

6.3 Additional documentation may be requested at kkkk h Casino's discretion, including proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days) and proof of payment method ownership where deposits are made via bank transfer.

7.1 All deposits and withdrawals on kkkk h Casino are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currency conversions are applied by kkkk h Casino.

7.2 The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on kkkk h Casino: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.

9.2 Bonus funds credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal request is permitted. • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

11.2 kkkk h Casino reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, and to void all associated bets and bonuses. kkkk h Casino may report prohibited conduct to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

12.1 All content on the kkkk h Casino platform — including but not limited to the kkkkh.vip domain, website design, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, game content, promotional materials, and all software — is the property of kkkk h Casino or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

12.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the kkkk h Casino platform without the prior written consent of kkkk h Casino.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms limits kkkk h Casino's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

14.1 kkkk h Casino reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory obligation, or at kkkk h Casino's sole discretion.

14.2 Upon account termination by kkkk h Casino for cause (including but not limited to breach of Terms, fraud, or prohibited conduct), any balance in the account — including real-money funds, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals — may be withheld pending investigation. kkkk h Casino will communicate the outcome of any investigation within a reasonable period.

14.3 You may close your kkkk h Casino account at any time by contacting player support. Upon account closure at your request, kkkk h Casino will process a withdrawal of any remaining verified real-money balance to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

14.4 Players who have activated self-exclusion may not request account reopening during the exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable.
